Breastfeeding Laws in Colorado

I just wanted to reiterate what laws are in Colorado that pertain to breastfeeding.

Breastfeeding In Public – Passed in 2004

and

Workplace Accommodation for Nursing Mother – Passed in 2008

Unfortunately, neither law has any real penalties… however, they MIGHT be worth something in a civil suit.

Colorado Workplace Accomodation Law

Here is the actual law that was passed last year which says that employers need to make accomodation for breastfeeding moms to be able to pump at work (NOT) in a bathroom!.
